The El Valle Visitors Center
This visitors center seeks to revalue the history, culture and natural environment of El Valle de Antón. It provides interactive information on the history of the volcano, the town and its ancestors.
The El Valle local market
A typical Panamanian market where locals purchase their basic needs such as fresh fruit & vegetables. There is also a section where you can purchase various local crafts and souvenirs.
Cerro de la Cruz
Cerro de la Cruz offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding valley, lush landscapes and unique wildlife. The hike to the summit is moderate and suitable for most participants who wish to experience nature with a little physical effort.
Butterfly Haven
A butterfly flight house of 2100 square feet with around 800 live butterflies to admire as well as a life cycle exhibit to enjoy.
Chorro Macho & Natural Pool
Chorro El Macho is one of the most popular attractions in El Valle de Antón, known for its stunning waterfall and natural pool. This site is perfect for those looking to experience the natural beauty and tranquility of Panama. (Optional Zipline available contact us for more information)
A stop for lunch at a typical Panamenian restaurant is planed. The meal is NOT INCLUDED in the price. Average meals prices range from $US10 – $US15.

- This is a group tours that offers an exclusive small group (max. 12 guests) experience with personalized attention, while allowing for some interaction with other like-minded travelers.
- This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the tour date.
- This tour requires a minimum number of participants.
- A 20% refundable deposit is required to process the reservation and agrentee you spot. If the minimum number of participants is not reached your deposit will be fully refunded.
- As soon as we reach the mimim number of participants you will recieve an email requesting payment of the remaining balance.
- If the tour is cancelled by us, you will be advised minimum 24 hours before the tour date and all refunds will be processed immediately.

This tour had something for everyone in our family! The market was full of fresh produce and local crafts, which was fun to explore. Our teens were thrilled with the natural pool—such a peaceful spot to relax. Butterfly Haven was another highlight. Our guide really knew the area and kept us engaged with facts about the town and volcano. A must-do!

We had such a memorable family trip to El Valle. The kids were amazed by the Butterfly Haven and loved the hike to Cerro de la Cruz, where the views were just breathtaking. The visitors center was really informative, and we all learned about the volcano’s history. Perfect for a family day out, and the lunch stop at the local restaurant was delicious.
